I always get first pick out of all litters and have the right to refuse a sale if I don't see that your are the right home. For one of my babies!:)

SALES POLICY

YOU MUST READ THIS AND AGREE IF YOU DO NOT THEN PLEASE DONT GET A BUNNY FROM ME OR INQUIRE ABOUT ONE. THANK YOU : )

**I DO NOT SHIP ** NO PERSONAL CHECKS**

* All rabbits are sold on first come first served basis. Unless the rabbit has already had a deposit put down on it. Deposit means a person has already paid so much money for me to hold back the bunny for them.

* No guarantee on show animals ability of show performance.

* No guarantee that breeding animals will be able to produce offspring. The rabbit may have the word proven which means that they have produced offspring for me. But I don't know how the rabbit will react to a change in living and to there new owner.

* Any rabbit not picked up after 5 days of sale will then be put back up for sale. This is only if you don't call, email, or show up on the pick up day that you are supposed to. I know things come up but please let me know you can't make it if you can.

* In order to prevent any of our rabbits from ending up abandoned in shelters, we will accept back any rabbit you have purchased from us at anytime but you will not be entitled to a refund or reimbursement for any expenses you have incurred with the rabbit. Deposits are non-refundable unless something happens to the rabbit while in my care

* All rabbits are sold healthy unless stated other wise such as at the bottom of each rabbits picture there will be information about the rabbit. We are not responsible for the rabbits health once it leaves the rabbitry. All sales are final after the rabbit leaves the rabbitry and the payment is received. Your job as the buyer is to check the rabbit over before you take the rabbit home if you do find a problem while you are here and you take the bunny home anyway I can not be held responsible. If a problem does come up I am still willing to help you the best that I can. I will not sell a sick rabbit to you knowingly.

* If you take a bunny from me or out of my rabbitry then you have agreed to this sales policy. And I can not be held responsible in any way shape or form for your actions.

* I have the right to change anything on my sales policy as the need arise.

* I also have the right at any time to refuse a sale. For any reason what so ever if I feel that you are not the right person for one of my bunnies.

* Thank you for coming to see my bunnies and I hope that you are happy with your new pet/show/brood rabbit.

My Holland lops at this time DO NOT HAVE PEDIGREES THEY ARE PET QUALITY ONLY I do know great breeders with show Holland Lops.
